Responsibilities of the Cashiering and Student Accounts Office

		Issue student refunds
		Bill third party payers for student tuition
		Disburse funds from student financial aid proceeds
		Resolve student billing problems
		Secure signatures on Carl Perkins Student Loan promissory notes
		Make payment arrangements with students and their parents
		Collect on all past due accounts
		Accept fee appeal forms for the Fee Appeal Committee
		Receive and reconcile all funds received by the University
		Process departmental deposits
		Send 1098T tax forms for Hope Lifetime Tax Credit
		Collect Carl Perkins Student Loans
		Disburse and collect emergency loans
